The Challenge

NG Farah’s new Kingsford office was designed to be more than a traditional real estate workplace. The vision was to create an innovative, welcoming environment that could support everyday collaboration alongside auctions, training, presentations and larger company events.

Working with InOne Projects, The AVIT Group was tasked with delivering a consistent and intuitive technology experience across the foyer, meeting rooms, boardroom, open collaboration areas, lunchroom and town hall. Although each space served a different purpose, the technology needed to remain simple enough for anyone to walk in, connect and get started.

The Solution

The AVIT Group delivered an integrated AV solution built around Crestron technology, creating a familiar user experience throughout the workplace.

Smaller meeting rooms combine Samsung commercial displays with Crestron Flex conferencing, AirMedia wireless presentation, room-booking panels, Huddly IQ cameras and Sennheiser TeamConnect Bars. The boardroom expands this experience with Crestron 1 Beyond intelligent PTZ cameras, Q-SYS processing, a Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 microphone, Lab Gruppen Dante amplification and Tannoy ceiling speakers.

The town hall and larger presentation areas feature a 98-inch Samsung display, intelligent camera coverage, Audix ceiling microphones, Sennheiser wireless microphones and networked audio. Crestron DM NVX AV-over-IP technology allows content to be distributed efficiently across the network, supporting presentations, training, auctions and company-wide communication.

In the foyer and waiting areas, Samsung displays and BrightSign media players deliver digital signage and property content, complemented by Biamp Desono pendant speakers. A customised signage platform developed with Huge Content connects with NG Farah’s CRM, allowing current listings, sales information and team content to be managed centrally and extended to future locations.

Behind the scenes, NETGEAR AV switches, CAT6A infrastructure and remote monitoring provide the reliable foundation needed to keep every space connected and supported.

The Outcome

NG Farah now has a connected workplace where meetings, presentations and content sharing are faster, simpler and more consistent.

The technology has removed many of the barriers that previously slowed collaboration, allowing staff to enter any room and work with a familiar interface instead of dealing with different systems, cables or complicated controls. Meetings can begin quickly, teams can collaborate more frequently, and the town hall can adapt to everything from internal training to auctions and larger events.

The result is a future-ready workplace that complements the office design, supports how NG Farah operates today and can continue evolving alongside the business.
